Operates First Seacoast Bank, a federally chartered community savings bank based in Dover, New Hampshire. The bank accepts public deposits and uses those funds, operating funds, and Federal Home Loan Bank borrowings to make residential, commercial real-estate, multifamily, land-development, business, home-equity, and consumer loans.

The franchise traces its local roots to 1890 and adopted the First Seacoast Bank name during a mutual-holding-company reorganization. The present holding company later became fully public through a conversion to stock form.

A pending merger agreement would combine the holding company with Cambridge Financial Group and the bank with Cambridge Savings Bank. The transaction requires regulatory and shareholder approvals.
