Profile
Two property-service platforms drive the business: FirstService Residential manages private communities, while FirstService Brands delivers restoration, roofing, fire protection, painting, flooring, and home-storage services through company-owned businesses and franchises. Acquisitions and established brands support the outsourced-service model.
North America's largest manager of private residential communities, FirstService Residential manages communities across the United States and Canada. Its property-management services form the residential platform.
FirstService Brands operates company-owned businesses and franchise systems providing restoration, commercial roofing, fire protection, painting, flooring, and home-storage services to residential and commercial customers.
The company grows outsourced essential-property-service businesses through acquisitions, client service, operating scale, and brand recognition. These are shared operating foundations across its divisions. Its structure remains organized around the Residential and Brands divisions, whose businesses were transferred in the 2015 separation from Colliers.
