Installs, services, operates, and protects electrical and mechanical systems and critical infrastructure for nonresidential facilities across the United States. Operations span U.S. electrical construction and facilities services, U.S. mechanical construction and facilities services, U.S. building services, and U.S. industrial services.
Serves data centers, high-tech manufacturing, healthcare, institutional, water and wastewater, commercial, and industrial customers. Construction provides most revenue; building services covers HVAC retrofits, automation, energy-efficiency work, and site-based maintenance, while industrial services handles refinery turnarounds, specialty welding, and heat-exchanger work.
About 100 operating subsidiaries retain local market and customer relationships while drawing on national financial resources, safety practices, prefabrication, and virtual design and construction. Execution depends on skilled-trade labor, disciplined project selection, and cost control; many large projects also require surety bonding.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
