Profile

TechnipFMC plcFTIEnergy

Supplies subsea production systems, flowlines and installation services through the Subsea segment, while Surface Technologies provides wellhead and flow-control equipment. An integrated engineering-to-installation model joins inherited equipment and project capabilities, and demand depends on customers developing and servicing offshore and surface energy resources.

Combines subsea production systems, umbilicals, risers and flowlines with installation vessels under the integrated iEPCI project model. The Subsea segment spans equipment, engineering and installation, while Surface Technologies provides wellhead and flow-control equipment.

Operates worldwide through a merger-created platform that joined Technip's project, flexible-pipe and installation capabilities with FMC Technologies' subsea production and surface-equipment base. Integration across design, procurement, construction and installation is the defining execution model.

Retained its Subsea and Surface Technologies focus after the separation of Technip Energies. Demand depends on customers continuing to develop and service subsea and surface energy resources, while delivery depends on coordinating inherited equipment and project capabilities.
