Profile

Halliburton CompanyHALEnergy

Sells equipment, services, chemicals, and software for drilling, completing, and producing oil and gas wells. Two segments span hydraulic fracturing and cementing through directional drilling, formation evaluation, artificial lift, and digital workflows, with demand tied to customers’ upstream spending.

Provides oilfield products, services, and software across a reservoir’s life cycle, serving major, national, and independent oil and gas producers in more than 70 countries. Completion and Production covers cementing, hydraulic fracturing and other stimulation, completion tools, artificial lift, and well intervention. Drilling and Evaluation combines drilling fluids and bits, directional drilling and wellbore placement, formation evaluation, project management, subsea testing, and Landmark software.

Links subsurface data and digital workflows with field equipment to automate drilling, cementing, and fracturing work. Operations span North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the CIS, the Middle East, and Asia, with most revenue generated outside the United States. Demand follows customers’ upstream exploration, development, and production spending, which is sensitive to oil and natural gas prices, regulation, trade restrictions, and geopolitical conditions.
