Profile
Sells equipment, field services, and digital tools for reservoir evaluation, well construction, and oil-and-gas production. Revenue comes from technology and project work across more than 100 countries, with most generated outside the United States and demand tied to operators' exploration, development, and production spending.
Provides oilfield technology and services across four divisions. Reservoir Performance evaluates formations and improves recovery; Well Construction supplies drilling, measurement, fluids, and wellbore tools; Production Systems spans subsea and surface equipment, completions, artificial lift, valves, and production chemicals; Digital sells exploration data, software platforms, and automated operations.
Combines subsurface expertise, field execution, manufactured equipment, and software across the life of a well. ChampionX's chemicals and artificial-lift businesses now sit mainly within Production Systems, while OneSubsea extends the equipment portfolio offshore. Smaller operations build modular data-center infrastructure, run integrated field projects, and develop carbon-capture systems. Operations span more than 100 countries, with most revenue generated outside the United States. Demand remains tied to oil and gas operators' exploration, development, and production spending.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
