Profile
Operates Fulton Bank across the Mid-Atlantic, earning most revenue from the spread on loans, investments, deposits, and borrowings. Commercial and consumer banking, mortgages, cash management, and wealth services run through one national bank, with northern New Jersey enlarged by the Blue Foundry integration.
Provides commercial and consumer banking, residential mortgages, and wealth management through Fulton Bank across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Core revenue comes from the spread between interest earned on loans and investments and interest paid on deposits and borrowings, supplemented by fees from cash management, cards, mortgage banking, and advisory services.
Pairs relationship banking and local financial centers with mobile and online channels. The completed Blue Foundry integration expanded the network in northern New Jersey, with more than 215 financial centers serving the Mid-Atlantic footprint.
Carries a loan book weighted toward commercial, commercial real estate, and construction lending, tying results to borrower credit and interest-rate conditions. The parent is supervised by the Federal Reserve; Fulton Bank is primarily regulated by the OCC and examined by the CFPB for consumer compliance.
