Genesis Energy, L.P.GELEnergy

Operates as a midstream MLP that moves oil and natural gas through Gulf offshore pipelines, Jones Act marine transportation, and onshore pipelines and terminals. Its three segments are Offshore Pipeline Transportation, Marine Transportation, and Onshore Transportation and Services.

Three segments make up the current portfolio: Offshore Pipeline Transportation, Marine Transportation, and Onshore Transportation and Services. The offshore business supports Gulf-of-America development with pipeline infrastructure, while marine operations provide Jones Act-compliant transportation and onshore operations include crude-oil pipelines and terminals. Together, they are the partnership's remaining operating structure after its Alkali Business sale. Based in Houston, the partnership operates midstream infrastructure serving the Gulf.

Reliability and safety are the stated operating commitments across infrastructure used to move crude oil and natural gas. The business depends on activity around the Gulf and the Jones Act framework that shapes its marine transportation.
