Profile
Makes activewear, underwear, socks and intimates for wholesale and retail channels under Gildan, Hanes and other brands. Most production from yarn spinning through distribution is internally controlled, while sales before a full year of HanesBrands were concentrated in the United States.
Makes activewear, underwear, socks and intimates for wholesale distributors, screenprinters, retailers and direct customers. The brand portfolio includes Gildan, Hanes and other labels, while the combined business reports one operating segment with supplemental Wholesale and Retail sales views.
Controls most production after raw-material procurement, from U.S. yarn spinning through textile manufacturing, sewing and distribution across the Americas and Asia. Factory ownership links cost control, quality oversight and shorter delivery cycles. Products sell across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America; sales before a full year of HanesBrands were concentrated in the United States.
Operations depend on factory uptime, labor availability, cotton and polyester costs, trade rules and a concentrated wholesale customer base. HanesBrands integration and related debt management remain ongoing structural work.
