Hardware and Software are its reportable segments. Additions including Genasys Spain, Amika Mobile, Zonehaven, and Evertel expanded the software platform with evacuation operations, physical-security information management, and cross-agency collaboration capabilities.
Federal and military users, state and local government, education, and specified enterprises are the target customers, with employees in the United States and international locations. The mixed software-and-hardware model is central to the current offering.
