Profile

Gossamer Bio, Inc.GOSSHealth Care

Develops and seeks to commercialize inhaled seralutinib for PAH and PH-ILD. The clinical-stage portfolio is centered on that single program, with development and commercialization structured through a global collaboration with Chiesi.

Develops inhaled seralutinib, also called GB002, for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). The small-molecule candidate inhibits PDGFR, CSF1R, and c-KIT and is the sole remaining clinical-development program following a restructuring that ended other candidate programs.

Leads global development for seralutinib in PAH and PH-ILD under a collaboration with Chiesi. In the United States, the companies share commercial profit and loss while Gossamer leads commercialization in those indications; Chiesi holds exclusive commercialization rights outside the United States and pays royalties on net sales. The regulatory path depends on FDA discussions concerning an NDA supported by an adequate and well-controlled investigation plus confirmatory evidence.
