Profile

Brazil Potash Corp.GROMaterials

Develops the Autazes underground potash project in Brazil to produce granular potassium-chloride fertilizer for domestic agricultural markets. Planned sales rely on long-term offtake arrangements and river-based logistics, while the company remains pre-revenue pending construction, financing and regulatory execution.

Develops the Autazes project in Amazonas, Brazil: an underground potash mine, processing plant and river-port system intended to supply granular potassium-chloride fertilizer to Brazilian farmers. Operations are run through Potássio do Brasil, while the Canadian parent maintains its corporate office in Toronto.

Plans to sell primarily through long-term take-or-pay agreements, with Amaggi, Keytrade and Kimia providing contracted routes to market. The intended domestic network moves product by truck, river barge and inland distribution toward agricultural regions, including Mato Grosso; pricing is tied to Brazilian granular-potash market benchmarks.

Remains pre-revenue while engineering and financing work progresses. Construction and future sales depend on the mining concession, continuing licenses, land access, consultation and litigation involving Mura communities, completion of shafts and related infrastructure, and contracted logistics.
