Profile
Sells completions services to onshore oil, gas, and enhanced geothermal producers, centered on hydraulic fracturing with wireline, proppant logistics, sand, gas fueling, analytics, and lower-emission technologies. Reports through an integrated North America segment while expanding Liberty Power Innovations into distributed power and energy storage.
Provides completions services to North American onshore oil, natural gas, and enhanced geothermal producers, with hydraulic fracturing at the center. Wireline, proppant delivery, Permian sand operations, field gas processing, compressed natural gas delivery, data analytics, and lower-emission completions technologies round out the service stack.
Adds power through Liberty Power Innovations, which serves commercial, industrial, data center, energy, and mining customers with distributed power, energy storage, power-as-a-service, fueling, grid-interconnected systems, and backup systems. OneStim expanded pressure-pumping scale, PropX deepened sand and logistics, and IMG added distributed-power capabilities.
Segment reporting presents the operating model as integrated and North America-only rather than split by product. Demand depends on onshore exploration and production activity, hydraulic-fracturing regulation, water and wastewater rules, environmental and safety law, customer concentration, cybersecurity, sand mining, silica exposure, and MSHA oversight.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
