Profile
Develops the planned Hadron Halo light-water micro-modular reactor for dedicated on-site power and intends to sell electricity under long-term power-purchase agreements or lease reactors. The pre-commercial model depends on U.S. licensing, factory production, third-party execution, fuel supply, and site approvals.
Develops the Hadron Halo, a planned factory-fabricated, truck-transportable light-water micro-modular reactor for dedicated power at data centers, industrial facilities, remote and critical sites, and distributed-energy installations. The design uses established pressurized-water-reactor architecture while miniaturizing the nuclear island for modular deployment.
Targets behind-the-meter or off-grid installations, intending to sell electricity under long-term power-purchase agreements; reactor leasing is another contemplated structure. U.S. licensing, domestic factory production, and domestic deployment are the initial focus, with engineering in Redwood City and a New York City office.
Operates before commercialization, without revenue since inception or internal manufacturing assets. Future deployment requires regulatory approvals, successful testing, third-party manufacturing and construction, qualified fuel supply, licensed operators, site approvals, and customer commitments that remain non-binding.
