Profile
Develops modular pressurized light-water reactors and earns current revenue from engineering, design, and licensing work for proposed plants. Equipment sales and lifecycle services depend on customer projects reaching financing, regulatory approval, and construction.
Designs and commercializes the NuScale Power Module, a 77 MWe pressurized light-water reactor, and scalable VOYGR plants built from multiple modules. Revenue currently comes from engineering, design, and licensing work for proposed deployments; future plans add module and nuclear steam-supply equipment sales, fuel, commissioning, training, and plant-lifecycle services. Commercial activity spans proposed projects in the United States and Romania.
An NRC-approved design built around passive natural circulation, integrated reactor components, and factory fabrication is the core engineering asset. Long-lead materials and a network of component suppliers support deployment readiness, while ENTRA1 holds exclusive worldwide commercialization, distribution, sales, and development rights. Converting the platform into equipment revenue depends on binding customer orders, project financing, country-specific nuclear approvals, and customer construction and operating licenses.
