Profile
Provides offshore services for oil, gas, and renewable-energy customers, centered on well intervention, subsea robotics, and Gulf of America production facilities. Current business mix excludes the divested shallow-water abandonment operation and depends on specialized vessels, skilled crews, and offshore project spending.
Provides specialized offshore energy services for oil, gas, renewable-energy, and related infrastructure customers. Current operations center on vessel-based well intervention, subsea robotics, and production-facility services after the shallow-water abandonment sale.
Well Intervention gives operators subsea access for production enhancement and decommissioning through dedicated vessels and intervention systems. Robotics handles trenching, seabed clearance, offshore construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance with ROVs, trenchers, boulder grabs, and support vessels.
Work is international, with activity across the Gulf of America, Brazil, the North Sea, West Africa, and Asia Pacific, while Production Facilities is concentrated in the Gulf of America. Performance depends on utilization and day rates for specialized assets, safe operations, skilled personnel, and customer offshore spending.
