Profile

Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp.HMRIndustrials

Operates tanker and dry-bulk pools and a broader set of commercial, technical, and chartering services. Its asset-light model earns commissions, management fees, and voyage or time-charter hire while managing vessels on behalf of owners.

Piraeus-based tanker and dry-bulk pools form the core of an asset-light maritime platform that commercially manages vessels instead of primarily owning them. Vessel owners place ships into class-specific pools, where chartering supports crude-oil and refined-petroleum customers.

Commercial management for individual vessels, technical operations and crewing support, sale-and-purchase assistance, and charter-in/charter-out activity broaden the service set. Revenue comes from commissions, management fees, and voyage and time-charter hire.

eFleetWatch supplies pool partners reporting on chartering, voyage economics, itineraries, and cargo. The model relies on vessel-owner participation in pools and on commercial chartering activity.

Float — provider float is below the insider stake.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.

The provider's float is smaller than the insider stake it should exclude, so it is not shown.
