Profile
Sells avionics, propulsion, power, thermal and flight-control systems to commercial, business-aviation, defense and space customers, then earns from original equipment and long-duration aftermarket support. Its broad installed base is embedded in certification-heavy, long-lived aircraft platforms.
Supplies avionics, navigation and sensing, satellite communications, electromagnetic-defense and space electronics through Electronic Solutions; propulsion engines, auxiliary power units and electrical-power systems through Engines & Power Systems; and thermal, environmental, flight-control and other aircraft systems through Control Systems. Customers span commercial air transport, business aviation, defense and space.
Builds system content into certification-heavy, long-lived aircraft platforms and supports it with spare parts, repairs, overhauls, service plans, software and retrofit work. Reusable technology, standardized processes and engineering, supply-chain and factory execution support a broad installed base across the Americas, Asia-Pacific and EMEA.
Output depends on specialized, often qualified suppliers, while government work is governed by defense budgets, procurement rules and export controls. The spin leaves transitional-service, trademark and intellectual-property agreements with Honeywell.
