Profile
Offers commercial and consumer banking across Texas and Oklahoma, taking deposits and extending commercial, real estate, mortgage, and personal loans. Its single banking segment also provides cross-border trade finance and foreign exchange, with a sizable deposit base from customers in Mexico.
Operates five community-bank subsidiaries across Texas and Oklahoma, combining commercial banking with retail, mortgage, and digital services. Core offerings include checking and savings deposits; commercial, real estate, personal, automobile, and installment loans; cards; online and mobile banking; and third-party securities products. Some banks also provide letters of credit, commercial credit, and foreign exchange for international trade.
Local advisory boards help tailor products to community needs, while bilingual staff support customers connected to Mexico. The footprint spans northern, southern, central, and southeastern Texas plus Oklahoma, and Mexican-domiciled customers supply a large share of subsidiary-bank deposits. Earnings depend on deposit funding, lending spreads, local credit quality, and monetary policy. All subsidiary banks operate under federal and state banking regulation.
