Profile

Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc.TCBIFinancials

Provides commercial and private banking, mortgage finance, treasury, wealth, and investment-banking services, earning mainly from loan and securities interest plus fees. Texas remains the core market, while specialized lines such as mortgage finance and Bask Bank reach clients and depositors nationwide.

Serves businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals through commercial banking, mortgage finance, treasury solutions, private banking, wealth management, and investment banking. Lending spans commercial, mortgage warehouse, and commercial real estate credit; Texas Capital Securities adds advisory, underwriting, research, and sales and trading. Bask Bank gathers consumer deposits nationally through an online platform.

Combines relationship banking with specialized national businesses, allowing clients to use lending, payments, risk management, and capital-markets services on one platform. Texas remains the core market, centered on Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, while mortgage finance, homebuilder finance, corporate and investment banking, and Bask Bank extend nationally. Earnings depend heavily on net interest income and commercial credit quality. All divisions and subsidiaries are managed as one reportable segment; the state-chartered bank and registered broker-dealer operate under separate banking and securities regulators.
