Operations extend across Bermuda, the UK, Jordan, Morocco, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, the UAE, and the Cayman Islands, supporting a multi-office international underwriting platform. The group began underwriting in Amman and is now incorporated in Bermuda.

Focused underwriting, capital preservation, and diversification by specialty line and geography are stated operating priorities. A professional-indemnity binder non-renewal affected the Long-tail segment.
