Profile

Imperial Petroleum Inc.IMPPEnergy

Transports petroleum products, crude oil, and dry-bulk cargoes through an owned fleet of tankers and dry-bulk carriers. Formed in a 2021 StealthGas spin-off, it expanded from a tanker-focused fleet into a mixed seaborne-transport portfolio.

Owns vessels that transport petroleum products, crude oil, and dry-bulk cargoes by sea. Its operating fleet combines M.R. product tankers and Suezmax crude tankers with Handysize, Supramax, Kamsarmax, and Post-Panamax dry-bulk carriers. The operating mix covers product-tanker, crude-tanker, and dry-bulk vessel classes.

Created through StealthGas’s 2021 spin-off, the company began with an all-tanker fleet and expanded into both tanker and dry-bulk transport. Its vessel portfolio is shaped by operating ships and a contracted acquisition pipeline that includes additional dry-bulk carriers and a product tanker. The mixed fleet serves petroleum-product, crude-oil, and dry-bulk seaborne transportation.
