Intellinetics, Inc.INLXInformation Technology

Provides cloud software and document services that capture, organize, route, convert, store, and retrieve information for U.S. government, education, and other document-intensive customers. Revenue combines recurring SaaS and maintenance with project- and volume-driven service work, while government budgets and partner relationships underpin demand.

Runs Software and Document Services segments for U.S. government, education, healthcare, financial-services, public-safety, and other document-intensive organizations. IntelliCloud supports image capture, OCR, records retention, workflow, audit trails, e-forms, analytics, archiving, and connectors; AP Automation routes invoices, while YellowFolder manages education records. Software is available as SaaS or on-premise and is sold directly and through independent software vendors, resellers, referral partners, and ERP partners.

Pairs recurring SaaS and maintenance contracts with project- and volume-driven scanning, micrographics conversion, business-process outsourcing, professional services, physical records storage, and retrieval. Document Services spans ordinary and specialized scanning, mailroom-style work, and paper, microfilm, and microfiche conversion. Government contracts depend on funding authorization and may be reduced or terminated; State of Michigan work makes Document Services materially concentrated.
