Profile
Builds and operates industrial technology companies around sourced corporate R&D, with Accelsius as the current reportable-segment driver. Current companies span data center liquid cooling, flexible liquid packaging, and advanced recycling; the model depends on financing, technology partners, and cash generation from those companies.
Commercializes industrial technologies sourced from multinational corporations and other technology owners, then founds, funds, and operates companies around them. Current Innventure Companies include Accelsius, AeroFlexx, and Refinity; PureCycle is a historical launch with no current economic interest.
Accelsius is the sole reportable-segment driver and sells NeuCool two-phase direct-to-chip liquid cooling for data centers, edge computing, and related computing environments. AeroFlexx makes flexible liquid packaging with an integrated valve, while Refinity is developing fluidized-bed processes for mixed plastic waste.
The business is headquartered in Orlando and remains centered on US-listed operations, with commercialization tied to corporate technology partners and operating-company execution. Continued development depends on access to financing, source technologies, patent protection, and cash generation from the Innventure Companies.
