Profile
Acquires, explores and develops uranium properties across Canada, the United States and Australia, with the Hurricane deposit at Larocque East as its defining owned asset. It has no marketable products or production history, relying on capital-funded exploration, development work and portfolio activity.
Acquires, explores and develops uranium properties across Canada, the United States and Australia, centered on the Hurricane deposit at Saskatchewan’s Larocque East. The portfolio also includes past-producing Utah mines, Canadian exploration projects and Australian assets including Wiluna. It has no marketable product or mineral-production history, so its present model is capital-funded exploration, project studies, acquisitions and selective portfolio monetization rather than recurring customer sales.
Converts discoveries into potential uranium concentrate through drilling, resource definition, technical and economic studies, permitting, financing, construction or restarts, processing access and negotiated utility sales. Work depends on regulatory approvals, infrastructure and community engagement, while the announced contribution of five Utah assets to DISA Uranium remained conditional at the research cut-off.
