Purchases charged-off, insolvency, and active-account consumer receivables across credit card, auto, telecom, and retail installment debt, then collects on them directly or services them for the originating creditor, pricing portfolios through proprietary analytics.
Purchases pools of charged-off, insolvency, and increasingly active-account consumer receivables at a discount to face value, then either works the accounts out directly or services them for the original creditor on a fee basis. Portfolios span credit card, auto, telecom, and retail installment debt, alongside consumer bankruptcies; clients include large banks, card issuers, telecoms, auto lenders, and fintech origination platforms.
Operations are concentrated in the United States, with additional offices in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Colombia. Portfolio pricing and collection strategy run on proprietary analytics the company treats as its core operating edge.
The business traces to 2002, when it was formed to wind down a large catalog retailer's charged-off receivables inside a subprime credit-card issuer, then passed through two successive private-equity owners before listing on Nasdaq in 2025; the prior owner retained majority ownership after the offering.
