Profile
Provides conventional ROV services while commercializing Aquanaut, ToolKITT autonomy software, and electric subsea manipulators for offshore-energy, environmental-monitoring, and defense work. Revenue is currently service-based, principally from the SeaTrepid fleet, while product sales and software licensing remain commercialization paths.
Combines SeaTrepid's conventional ROV fleet with Aquanaut, an untethered autonomous underwater vehicle, Nauticus ToolKITT autonomy software, and electric subsea manipulators. Serves offshore-energy, environmental-monitoring, and defense work, with activity concentrated in U.S. Gulf and East Coast operations. SeaTrepid supplies the principal commercial revenue base, while third-party ROV deployments provide a route for ToolKITT.
Builds around perception, navigation, decision-making, and task execution in changing underwater conditions. ToolKITT is commercially released for ROVs, while Olympic Arm manufacturing and distribution depend on Forum Energy Technologies. Service contracts, supplier availability, government-contracting rules, customer budgets, and SeaTrepid fleet utilization shape execution.
