Profile

LCI IndustriesLCIIConsumer Discretionary

Supplies Lippert chassis, suspension, glass, furniture, appliance, towing, and other systems to RV, marine, transportation, and housing manufacturers, then sells replacement parts and upgrades through aftermarket channels. Most revenue comes from OEM customers, leaving demand tied to recreational-vehicle production and consumer financing.

Supplies engineered components through Lippert to manufacturers of RVs, boats, transportation equipment, and housing. Products include chassis and suspension systems, windows and glass, furniture and appliances, towing accessories, doors, awnings, leveling equipment, and slide-outs. Operations span North America and Europe.

Sells replacement parts, accessories, and upgrades through dealers, distributors, service centers, and online channels; CURT towing products account for roughly half of aftermarket sales. Metal, glass, furniture, electronics, and power-and-motion manufacturing near major customers supports short lead times.

Demand follows discretionary RV and marine purchases, OEM production cycles, dealer financing and inventories, large-customer concentration, and steel and aluminum costs. An agreed all-stock merger with Patrick Industries remains subject to shareholder, regulatory, and other closing approvals.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
