Operates a Litecoin digital-asset treasury through LTC accumulation, covered calls, and possible ecosystem investments. It also retains voruciclib and zandelisib, oncology assets assessed for pre-clinical development, out-licensing, or sale.
Built around a Litecoin digital-asset treasury, the operating model includes LTC accumulation, covered-call yield activity, and possible investments in the Litecoin ecosystem. Digital assets can be transferred as collateral or disposed of as part of that model.
Two retained pharmaceutical assets remain alongside the treasury business: voruciclib, an oral CDK9 inhibitor, and zandelisib, an oral selective PI3Kδ inhibitor. Both are being assessed for pre-clinical work, out-licensing, or sale.
Formerly MEI Pharma, the issuer rebranded in 2025 after adopting Litecoin as its primary reserve asset. The treasury strategy and the two pharmaceutical assets are distinct parts of the current business.
