Profile

Materion CorporationMTRNMaterials

Produces engineered alloys, beryllium products, semiconductor deposition materials, microelectronics packaging, and precision optical coatings across three operating segments. Integrated mining, refining, materials engineering, and global manufacturing support demanding industrial and technology applications, while interdependent plants and beryllium-exposure rules shape operations.

Produces specialty engineered materials through Performance Materials, Electronic Materials, and Precision Optics. Performance Materials supplies beryllium and non-beryllium alloys, beryllium metal and ceramics, and precision clad and plated systems; its Utah mine and refinery feed downstream beryllium operations.

Electronic Materials makes vapor-deposition targets, advanced chemicals, microelectronics packaging, brazing materials, and precious-metal products, supported by in-house refining and recycling. Precision Optics designs thin-film coatings, optical filters, and assemblies. Manufacturing and direct-sales operations span North America, Europe, and Asia, serving semiconductor, industrial, aerospace and defense, automotive, energy, consumer-electronics, and life-sciences customers.

Combines upstream feedstock, metallurgy, precision processing, and application engineering to produce customized materials for demanding electrical, thermal, optical, and structural uses. Operations depend on interlinked plants, consigned precious metals, semiconductor production cycles, and compliance with workplace-exposure standards for beryllium.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
