NewAmsterdam Pharma Company N.V.NAMSHealth Care

Develops oral obicetrapib as an adjunct LDL-C-lowering therapy and as a fixed-dose combination with ezetimibe. The single-candidate business depends on clinical completion, regulatory approval, and Menarini's commercialization role across most of Europe.

Develops obicetrapib, an oral CETP inhibitor intended to lower LDL-C as an adjunct to statins for people at high cardiovascular risk. The program is also being developed in a fixed-dose combination with ezetimibe.

Obicetrapib is the company's only product candidate, with late-stage studies spanning standalone and combination use. Clinical completion and regulatory approval therefore shape the business.

Most European commercialization is licensed to Menarini, which is responsible for relevant EMA approvals and will commercialize approved products in the region. NewAmsterdam does not have internal capacity to market, sell, and distribute there.
