Provides wealth advisory, investment-product distribution, asset management, and insurance services through domestic and overseas brands. Its network spans mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and U.S. markets for global Chinese high-net-worth clients.

Domestic operations include Noah Upright for public securities, Gopher for asset management, and Glory for insurance. Overseas businesses include ARK Wealth Management, Olive Asset Management, and Glory Family Heritage, combining wealth, asset-management, insurance, and comprehensive services.

Services target global Chinese high-net-worth clients across mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and U.S. markets. The platform pairs advisory and investment-product distribution with domestic and offshore asset-management capabilities.
