Profile

NextTrip, Inc.NTRPConsumer Discretionary

Combines online travel booking and specialist agencies with travel video, editorial content, and advisor tools, earning mainly from bookings and related services. Owned media is intended to create travel transactions, while the acquisition-built model relies on suppliers, distribution partners, and external capital.

Connects travel discovery, booking, and fulfillment through the NXT2.0 booking-and-payments engine, NextTrip Vacations, Five Star Alliance luxury agency, NextTrip Groups, and advisor-facing Travel Magazine Pro. Travel bookings and related services generate most revenue through commissions and related travel economics across hotels, cruises, airlines, group travel, and other products.

Extends the booking base with JOURNY.tv, TravelMagazine.com, and acquired GoUSA content distributed through connected-TV and digital platforms, reaching global media audiences while travel sales are primarily U.S.-based. Acquisition-led execution links owned editorial and video content to travel offers, supported by third-party supplier APIs, travel consortium relationships, and distribution platforms. The operating model depends on these external inventory, distribution, and financing relationships.

Float — provider float is below the insider stake.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.

The provider's float is smaller than the insider stake it should exclude, so it is not shown.
