NEXGEL, Inc.NXGLHealth Care

Manufactures electron-beam cross-linked hydrogel materials and finished products for contract customers, consumer brands, and white-label partners, while its BioNX Surgical division markets licensed biomaterials for wound care, soft-tissue repair, and orthopedics.

Combines Langhorne, Pennsylvania hydrogel manufacturing and consumer brands with a Texas joint venture that converts and packages finished goods. Contract Manufacturing supplies hydrogel roll stock for therapeutic patches, wound and burn dressings, medical-device components, and cosmetics; Custom and White Label develops infused gels and finished units for customer brands. Consumer Branded Products include MedaGel, Kenkoderm, and Silly George, sold through e-commerce, Amazon, retail partners, and specialized medical offices.

Uses electron-beam cross-linking to tailor adherence, absorption, thickness, and active-ingredient release. BioNX Surgical adds licensed placental-derived biomaterials for wound care, soft-tissue repair, and orthopedics. The Langhorne facility operates under FDA and cGMP requirements, while BioNX manufacturing rights are governed separately and its commercialization uses outside manufacturing partners.
