Extends the franchise through Oriental Financial Services, a broker-dealer and investment adviser, and Oriental Insurance. Reporting follows three segments: Banking, Wealth Management, and Treasury. Branches and a digital sales platform distribute accounts and credit, while customer deposits provide the principal funding source.

Combines local branch coverage with digital banking and a broad mix of credit products. Operations remain concentrated in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and are subject to federal, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands banking regulation.
