Profile
Manufactures and sells chlorine-chain chemicals, vinyls and epoxies alongside Winchester ammunition. The vertically integrated chemical operation and U.S. ammunition franchise were expanded by the Dow chlorine-business transaction.
Produces chlorine and caustic soda, vinyls, chlorinated organics and epoxies, alongside Winchester ammunition. The chemical business also includes bleach and hydrochloric acid; Winchester produces sporting, law-enforcement, reloading, small-caliber military and industrial ammunition products. Winchester's range includes both sporting products and small-caliber military ammunition.
A vertically integrated global chemical operation sits alongside U.S. ammunition manufacturing. The addition of Dow's chlorine, vinyl, chlorinated-organics and epoxy businesses expanded the chemicals portfolio; the Mathieson merger and Winchester acquisition underpin its current shape. A proposed all-stock combination with Huntsman remains pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
