Profile
Develops small-molecule cancer therapies aimed at overcoming treatment resistance, with two lead candidates in Phase 3 development: rinzimetostat, a PRC2 inhibitor for metastatic prostate cancer, and enozertinib, a brain-penetrant EGFR/HER2 inhibitor for lung cancer. No products are yet approved, and the business depends on trial readouts and regulatory review.
Develops small-molecule cancer therapies built around overcoming treatment resistance. Rinzimetostat, an oral PRC2 inhibitor, is advancing through a global Phase 3 trial in metastatic prostate cancer, combined with AR pathway inhibitors. Enozertinib, a brain-penetrant EGFR/HER2 inhibitor, targets exon 20 and atypical mutations in lung cancer, including brain metastases, and is entering Phase 3 development.
Discovery spending has been scaled back to concentrate on these two programs after a strategic refocus and workforce reduction. A Johnson and Johnson collaboration pairs enozertinib with an approved antibody in lung cancer; an earlier Pfizer partnership around a since-deprioritized program left Pfizer holding equity.
No products are approved or generating recurring revenue; results from the Phase 3 trials and subsequent regulatory review will determine what comes next. Operations run from South San Francisco, with a second site in San Diego, funded through equity financing.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
