Profile

PagSeguro Digital Ltd.PAGSIndustrials

Combines in-person and online acquiring, receivables settlement, digital accounts, cards, investments, and credit for Brazilian merchants and consumers. Revenue comes from payment transactions and merchant services alongside interest and fees from banking products, with substantially all operations in Brazil.

Connects Brazilian merchants and consumers through payment acceptance, acquiring, receivables prepayment, digital accounts and transfers, card issuing, investments, insurance, and credit. POS devices, online checkout, payment links, Pix, and cross-border payment services connect transactions with the PagBank account and banking ecosystem.

Builds around micro, small, and medium-sized businesses while also serving individual consumers. Its integrated app and internet-banking interface lets merchants accept payments, receive sales proceeds, manage cash, and add banking or credit products; deposits also provide funding for financial services.

Substantially all operations are in Brazil. PagSeguro Brazil and BancoSeguro operate under Central Bank oversight, UOL remains the controlling shareholder and an important service provider, and results depend on transaction activity, interest rates, credit underwriting, and card-network infrastructure.
