Provides contract land-drilling services across North America through a standardized Super Series rig fleet, supported by Alpha automation, analytics and systems intended to improve safety and operational consistency. The core Contract Drilling Services line is complemented by EverGreen emissions- and fuel-related offerings.
Completion and Production Services covers Canadian well completion, workover, abandonment and re-entry preparation, together with equipment rentals and camps. The CWC acquisition expanded this Canadian well-servicing footprint.
Operations depend on land-drilling activity, skilled crews and capital to maintain and upgrade rigs. Customer mobility between regions can heighten competition for utilization and day rates.
