Profile
Sells land drilling, directional drilling, integrated well-completion services, and drill-bit products to oil and gas operators, earning fees from rig daywork, field-service activity, and equipment sales. Completion Services contributes most revenue, and demand tracks customers' drilling and completion budgets.
Provides land contract drilling, directional drilling, wellbore-placement technology, and electrical controls through Drilling Services. Completion Services supplies hydraulic fracturing, wireline and pumping, cementing, natural-gas fueling, and proppant logistics, while Drilling Products manufactures drill bits and downhole tools for energy, geothermal, and mining customers.
Operations are concentrated in major U.S. onshore basins, with a smaller international contract-drilling presence and drill-bit sales spanning the Middle East and other markets. Basin density and an equipment platform spanning high-spec rigs, automation, pressure pumping, and logistics support coordinated well construction. Demand and utilization depend on customer drilling and completion budgets, which respond to oil and gas prices; hydraulic fracturing and field operations are also subject to environmental and workplace-safety regulation.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
