PEDEVCO Corp.PEDEnergy

Produces crude oil, natural gas, and NGLs from U.S. positions in the D-J, Powder River, and Permian basins through acquisition, drilling, and field optimization. Oil supplies most revenue, while the portfolio operates as a unified upstream segment.

Develops, explores for, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids through a unified U.S. upstream segment. Its portfolio is concentrated in the D-J Basin across Colorado and Wyoming, the Powder River Basin in Wyoming, and the Permian Basin in New Mexico.

Acquires older, geologically delineated fields with existing infrastructure, then applies horizontal drilling, modern completions, artificial-lift changes, water handling, facilities optimization, and downtime reduction. Capital is allocated project by project across operated and non-operated interests, with technical evaluation and operational control emphasized where possible.

Oil supplies most revenue under short-term agreements tied to published pricing, while gas and NGLs are marketed at nearby delivery points. Operations depend on commodity prices, third-party operators and midstream capacity, permitting, lease retention, reserve-based borrowing covenants, and concentrated voting control.
