Polyrizon Ltd.PLRZHealth Care

Develops drug-free and API-delivery intranasal products around mucoadhesive hydrogel platforms, led by NASARIX, an allergy barrier designed to separate airborne allergens from nasal mucosa. It has no approved products or revenue, relying on clinical, regulatory and partner-led execution.

Develops mucoadhesive hydrogel platforms for intranasal products. Its lead program, drug-free NASARIX, is designed to form a physical barrier between airborne allergens and nasal mucosa for seasonal allergic rhinitis. Capture & Contain is the core platform; a separate candidate targets viral exposure, while the earlier Trap & Target platform is intended to deliver active pharmaceutical ingredients in the nose.

Coordinates formulation, testing, regulatory work and clinical evidence through external partners across Israel, Europe and the United States. NASARIX has central master-protocol IRB approval and contracted U.S. clinical sites, although individual sites still require local activation before enrollment. No candidate is approved or sold, so operations depend on clinical execution, regulatory clearance and CROs, manufacturing partners, academic collaborators and clinical sites.
