Profile

Franklin Electric Co., Inc.FELEIndustrials

Sells pumps, submersible motors, controls, water-treatment equipment, and fueling-site systems worldwide through Water Systems and Energy Systems, while Headwater Companies distributes groundwater products to U.S. contractors. Revenue is weighted toward water applications and a contractor-facing domestic distribution channel.

Designs, manufactures, and distributes water and energy pumping systems through Water Systems, Energy Systems, and Distribution. Water Systems supplies submersible motors, pumps, drives, electronic controls, monitoring devices, and water-treatment equipment for groundwater, water transfer, wastewater, mining, and other residential, agricultural, municipal, and industrial applications. Energy Systems provides pumps, piping, containment, vapor-recovery, controls, and monitoring for fueling sites, plus remote monitoring equipment for utility and other critical infrastructure.

Combines engineering across motors, pumps, controls, and integrated systems with manufacturing close to regional customers. Headwater Companies gives the Distribution segment a U.S. contractor-facing channel for groundwater equipment. Demand depends on housing, weather, agriculture, mining and energy activity; groundwater restrictions and environmental rules can also shift demand.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
