Acquires, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and natural-gas liquids from Colorado's DJ Basin. Crude oil supplies most revenue, while an acquisition-built portfolio concentrates operations in the DJ Basin.
Acquires, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and natural-gas liquids through a single reportable segment. Central Weld and Genesis form the operating base, with crude oil supplying most revenue.
Operations are concentrated in Colorado's DJ Basin, where acquisitions assembled the current footprint. The operating model pairs property purchases with development of unconventional resources in the Niobrara and Codell formations.
Results depend on commodity prices, drilling and completion performance, reserve estimates, and access to processing and transportation infrastructure. The basin-focused footprint also ties operations to Colorado regulation, regional natural events, and midstream interruptions.
