Profile

Qnity Electronics, Inc.QInformation Technology

Supplies consumable and embedded materials for semiconductor fabrication, advanced packaging, circuit boards, displays, thermal management, and flexible electronics through Semiconductor Technologies and Interconnect Solutions. Most sales come from Asia-Pacific, tying demand to chip-production cycles, customer qualification, and global trade and environmental rules.

Supplies process materials and interconnect solutions through two segments. Semiconductor Technologies sells lithography materials, chemical-mechanical planarization pads and slurries, cleans, sealing products, and OLED materials for wafer and display manufacturing. Interconnect Solutions provides advanced-packaging and circuit-board chemistries, thermal-management and electromagnetic-shielding products, and flexible-circuit films and laminates.

Combines materials-science and engineering expertise, application labs, and a global manufacturing network to co-develop products that customers qualify into production roadmaps. Most offerings are consumed during manufacturing or incorporated into finished electronics, linking volumes to customer production and device demand.

Generates most sales in Asia-Pacific and depends heavily on semiconductor production cycles. Long qualification cycles can slow adoption, while export controls, environmental rules, raw-material availability, and reliable local supply constrain global operations.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
