Profile
Designs and sells circuit materials, ceramic substrates, busbars, cooling solutions, elastomers, and specialty films for automotive, electronics, energy, aerospace, and industrial uses. Revenue comes mainly through direct sales to global OEMs and component suppliers, with demand tied to customers specifying its materials into successful products.
Designs and manufactures high-performance engineered materials through Advanced Electronics Solutions, Elastomeric Material Solutions, and a small non-core Other segment. AES supplies high-frequency circuit materials, curamik ceramic substrates, ROLINX busbars, and cooling solutions for automotive, aerospace and defense, renewable-energy, wireless, industrial, and connected-device applications. EMS makes PORON polyurethanes, BISCO and ARLON silicones, and DeWAL films for cushioning, sealing, insulation, shielding, and vibration management.
Serves OEMs, suppliers, and fabricators through direct channels across North America, Europe, and Asia. Materials and process expertise are paired with design engineering, testing, and technical support that help customers specify products into their systems. Demand depends on those design-in decisions and the commercial success of customers’ products; orders are generally short term and can be changed or canceled, while some raw materials have sole or limited sources.
