Profile

RedHill Biopharma Ltd.RDHLHealth Care

Develops and licenses specialty biopharmaceutical medicines, with Talicia—an oral treatment for adult H. pylori infection—its only approved and revenue-producing product. Revenue also depends on Talicia joint-venture economics, territorial licensing, and potential milestones and royalties from development assets.

Develops and licenses oral small-molecule medicines for gastrointestinal disease, infectious disease, oncology and medical countermeasures. Talicia, an all-in-one oral treatment for H. pylori infection in adults, is its only FDA-approved and revenue-producing medicine; opaganib, RHB-204, RHB-102 and RHB-107 remain in development.

Operates through Tel Aviv corporate functions and a U.S. commercial base in Raleigh, with partner-led activity in the United States, Middle East and other licensed markets. Its model combines acquired or in-licensed formulations, an FDA approval pathway for certain reformulated drugs, territorial licensing and shared commercialization costs.

Holds a majority equity-method interest in Talicia Holdings, which jointly commercializes Talicia in the United States with Cumberland Pharmaceuticals. Equal board representation and joint approval rights mean key Talicia strategy is not under unilateral control.
