Profile

Gibraltar Industries, Inc.ROCKIndustrials

Sells residential roofing accessories, rainwater systems, metal roofing, agtech structures, and engineered infrastructure products. Residential is the center of the portfolio after OmniMax, while Renewables has been moved out of continuing operations.

Manufactures building products through Residential, Agtech, and Infrastructure. Residential includes roofing accessories, metal roofing, rainwater-management systems, ventilation, mail and package solutions, outdoor sun-shading, and construction accessories, with OmniMax adding more roofing and rainwater brands.

Serves a mainly U.S. channel mix of home centers, wholesalers, distributors, contractors, property managers, manufactured-housing dealers, postal channels, and online direct-to-consumer buyers. Agtech adds controlled-environment agriculture structures, custom greenhouses, and structural canopies for growers, research facilities, convenience stores, travel centers, food retailers, and quick-service restaurants.

Infrastructure supplies engineered bridge, highway, airfield, and fiber-optic seal products. The current portfolio depends on Residential integration after OmniMax and excludes Renewables as an ongoing segment after the sale process and eBOS divestiture.
