Profile

DuPont de Nemours, Inc.DDMaterials

Sells medical packaging and components, water-filtration systems, building materials, and engineered industrial products through two segments. Its global model combines specialty-product sales with application development and technical support, while the post-Qnity portfolio retains shared legacy PFAS obligations.

Operates through Healthcare & Water Technologies and Diversified Industrials. The first supplies Tyvek medical packaging, protective garments, specialty medical-device components, and reverse-osmosis, ultrafiltration, and ion-exchange products for industrial, municipal, desalination, and life-science water systems. The second sells Tyvek building barriers, Styrofoam insulation, Corian surfaces, Vespel parts, Molykote lubricants, structural adhesives, and Cyrel printing plates.

Serves customers worldwide through direct sales and distributors, with manufacturing across multiple regions. Pairs materials and process technology with application development, specialized manufacturing, and technical testing for regulated or demanding uses. Demand tracks construction, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, and water-treatment activity, while raw-material costs and environmental rules affect operations. Qnity electronics and Kevlar/Nomex aramids are now outside the portfolio; legacy PFAS costs remain subject to sharing arrangements with Chemours and Corteva, with part allocated to Qnity.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.

Shares outstanding 135.02M · Float 134.51M · 99.6% free float

A split settled inside the quarter being compared, so quarter-on-quarter change is not shown.
