Profile
Sells automation and motion-control systems, industrial powertrains, and power-efficiency products through a three-segment portfolio serving customers worldwide. Revenue comes from motors, controls, gearboxes, bearings, couplings and related subsystems, while performance depends on acquisition integration, continuous improvement and debt reduction.
Supplies motion-control, power-transmission, motor and air-moving products for industrial and commercial applications. The portfolio is organized into Automation & Motion Control, Industrial Powertrain Solutions, and Power Efficiency Solutions, with operations and associates spread worldwide.
Combines electric motors, controls, gearboxes, bearings, couplings and related subsystems built through decades of acquisitions. The Regal Rexnord Business System applies an 80/20 growth focus, goal alignment and continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.
Depends on integrating the Rexnord process-and-motion-control and Altra businesses, realizing transaction benefits, and reducing debt accumulated during the portfolio buildout. The current three-segment structure also reflects the divestiture of most former Industrial Systems operations.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
